Track Your Order and Shipment

You can track your order status in the following ways:

1. Through the Order Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking link, which you can click to check the order status.

2. Through Order History

If you cannot find the email, you can log in to redhawkprotools.com and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Find the order you want to track and click on "Order Details"
  4. Select "Track Your Order"

3. Through Tracking Number

We generally use Yun Express as our carrier.

4. What to Do if You Cannot Track Your Order?

If you encounter any of the following special situations, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible:

  • Abnormal Order Status (e.g., "Shipment has been returned to sender" / "Shipment information received but no updates")
  • Order Status Unchanged for Over 7 Days
  • Unable to Log in to Check Order
  • Email Not Received

Special Notes

  • If the order is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
  • High-risk orders may require additional identity verification; please pay attention to our email notifications for specific situations.
  • If you need to change the order address or cancel the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible; orders that have already been shipped may not be changeable.
